Gamze Özdemir is French-Turkish, born and raised in France. After studying International Business & Finance at ESCP Business School in Paris, she began her career in Mergers & Acquisitions at Lazard. Her career later took her to Dubai, where she worked in Global Corporate and Investment Banking at Bank of America, focusing on transactions across the Middle East and North Africa.

Alongside her career in finance, movement remained central to Gamze’s identity. Her approach combined the intensity of strength training with the precision and elegance of Pilates—two disciplines that shaped the world of Lift’N Reform.

What began as a personal vision naturally evolved into a brand for women who, like her, never belonged in one box. Today, Gamze leads Lift’N Reform’s creative direction, product development, brand strategy and overall identity, building a universe where strength and femininity exist without compromise.
